Joe Wenger has the average Joe complex.  He dabbles in lots of stuff and is proficient in many.  He’s an ENTJ and a 1 on the Enneagram which basically means he’s that extroverted driven and logical guy who likes systems, efficiency, and is a natural leader.  He thrives when he’s around people (and lots of them), especially when collaborating with a team.  If you have a passion for audiovisual technology or music, you may have met your new best friend.  He’s a former Worship Arts Director and currently works for an electric company as a meter technician.  He’s the sound geek behind the podcast and is always trying to make things better.  In his free time, Joe enjoys jamming with friends, playing volleyball, going out for wings, hosting people (especially if there are games involved), working on the podcast, and spending time with his wife and 4 kids.
